DELIVERY INFORMATION

At the moment, we are only posting to addresses in the UK but we will be reviewing the possibility of international postage soon.

 

We use trackable special delivery with Royal Mail so in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only. We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out unless we have been directed to do so by you as your delivery address.

Please be aware that for jewellery orders with a value of approx £150 or less, a signature may not be required. The postman will post your order through your letterbox, size permitting. The delivery estimates displayed below and on product pages exclude bank holidays.

DELIVERY

All of our orders are sent by Special Delivery and you will normally receive your order within 1-2 working days but we do try our best to achieve next day delivery if we can and obviously there is no postal service on a Sunday so we aim for 2-3 days. 
Gift Card orders placed after 3pm will be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 2 working days.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Royal Mail do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. 

DELIVERY DELAYS

We always endeavour to deliver your item on time.  In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays.  We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

LOST PACKAGES

Our packages are sent via Royal Mail which is reliable and insured. We have yet to lose a parcel in transit, but in the extremely unlikely case that a package does not arrive, please get in touch with us on 07507 303939 and we will do everything we can to help you. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Greenwood Goldsmiths.
