Rutilated quartz pendant

The glistening effect of this pendant is due to the rutlie flecks in the stone which is also known as 'angel's hair' as it is so fine and seems to shine. Rutilated quartz is also thought to lift your spirits.

The rutilated quartz stone is set in solid sterling silver on an 18 inch sterling silver 1.5mm spiga chain. It is 12.5mm across by 17.4mm high and weighs 5.1g. It is quite chunky at 5mm so that the light can bounce off the tiny rutiles in the quartz.
