Refunds and returns

Faulty products will be repaired, replaced or credited where possible - please specify your preference. Products will not be considered faulty if they are seen to be damaged through excessive wear or neglect on the customer's part.

Products returns for credit

If we permit the return of goods purchased in the last 30 days, we will give you a credit note to use in our shop with no time limit.

Bespoke items

We cannot accept the return of commissioned or bespoke goods unless faulty.


Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We are happy to replace any which are faulty.

Items not of our Supply

We will charge return postage for any products that have not been supplied by us, which have been returned for credit or replacement. This amount will be dependent on the value and weight of the goods.
